After a whole year of planning, fundraising and endless list making...
Our GRAD show turned out to be a huge suscess with over 500 people for the opening night!

The gallery space in Fitzroy made our show, with its beautiful garden outside filled with sculptures from peter the gallery owner, amazing natural light and that character you just cant get in your average white wall gallery.

The show was posted on the melbourne 3000 website and has featured on many blogs since its opening...The BA Textile Graduates of 2011 should all be very proud of there amazing creative skills, they have set the standard high for years that follow....x

Re loved treasures was created by mother and daughter Wendy and Sharnee Thorpe, Inspired by our love for finding and collecting treasures from op shops around the area.

It all started last summer at local markets and is now stocked in 2 shops, Illusive in Cabarita and white jade in Pottsville.

Everything has been hand made from beautiful old lace fabrics and trims, to create the graceful unique label that is re-loved treasures.

All affordable one off pieces. A sustainable label that has the environment and re using second hand fabrics as its goal.

It is all made by hand with love by Wendy at the dinning room table, So please enjoy the collection.

Roaming Free

"Interiors autumn/winter 2012 brings to life Roaming Free, a collection that celebrates easy elegance in your home. Inspired by floral motifs found on antique china. The woven range looks deep into floral structures to find geometric motifs of diamonds, squares and organic natural lines. An indigo and white colour palette recreates the freshness of blue and white china, accents of red compliment deep inky indigo tones and shades of grey add winter warmth."
